From this lot, one actually hikes up to the mountain crest line from the valley, and it is strenuous. From the lot on Route
2, one has already driven up just about to the crest line. (Summer, 2007) ———

From the same spot, but using the zoom. One can see near the bottom of the photo Route 346 and what in Pownal is called "The Quarry." As of this writing I have not been to the quarry, but there is an access road right off 346. (Summer, 2007) |
